Krikor Manoukian, MD, FAAAAI, FACAAI
Board Certified Allergist & Immunologist

Dr. Manoukian is an associate clinical professor of Allergy & Immununology at University of California Irvine (UC Irvine) and is the founder of AllergyDox where he strives to provide quality and effective care for patients suffering from various allergies, asthma, and immunodeficiencies.

Dr. Manoukian received a dual Bachelor in Arts Degree (B.A.) in Biology and Economics from University of Southern California (USC), Medical Degree from University of California Los Angeles (UCLA), completed residency in Internal Medicine from Kaiser Los Angeles (a UCLA affiliated hospital), and fellowship in Allergy/Immunology from UCI.

Dr. Manoukian’s research interests include but are not limited to Asthma, Food & Drug Allergies, and Contact Dermatitis. His academic achievements include publications, and presentations at major conferences or seminars.

He is board certified in Internal Medicine and Adult and Pediatric Allergy and Immunology.

Flora A. Vardanian, MD, FAAAAI, FACAAI
Board Certified Allergist & Immunologist

Dr. Vardanian is a Board Certified Allergist & Immunologist with more than a decade of experience treating both children and adults with allergies and asthma. After pinpointing a patient’s specific set of allergies, she enjoys educating them on how to avoid their allergic triggers and how to follow their customized treatment plan. Her favorite part about being a doctor is getting to know each patient in the process of building long-lasting relationships. Her ultimate goal is to empower each patient to live a healthier and happier life.

Dr. Vardanian was born in Armenia, but has also lived in Greece, Lebanon, New York, Boston, and Los Angeles. She graduated from David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, and trained in Internal Medicine at Harbor-UCLA Medical Center. She then completed her fellowship in Allergy & Immunology at UC Irvine. Her research interests include but are not limited to asthma and food allergies. She has presented at national Allergy conferences, and has consistently been selected as a “Top Doctor” in Los Angeles magazine and Pasadena magazine.

Kayla Hopkins, PA-C

Kayla is a board-certified physician assistant who received her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Touro University Nevada. She first discovered her interest in allergy, asthma, and immunology while working with Dr. Manoukian as a medical assistant prior to PA school. She is passionate about delivering patient-centered care and building strong relationships with her patients to best address all of their allergy and asthma needs.

She was born and raised in Los Angeles County. She grew up in Santa Clarita and completed her undergraduate education at UCLA where she received a Bachelor of Science in Biology.

Kayla is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Associates and is licensed by the California Physician Assistant Board. She is also a fellow member of the American Academy of PAs and California Academy of PAs.

Gayaneh Shirvanian, PA-C
NCCPA CERTIFIED

Gayaneh, a California Board-Certified Physician Assistant (PA), holds a Master’s Degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona, and a bachelor’s degree in Molecular, Cellular, and Developmental Biology from UCLA.

Her journey into the PA profession began while working as a medical scribe in an ENT clinic at USC, igniting a passion for increasing access to quality care. She chose to specialize in Allergy and Immunology as a PA in part due to her interests in Allergic Rhinitis, Chronic sinusitis, and Allergen immunotherapy.

Driven by a commitment to empower through education, Gayaneh’s foremost priority is guiding her patients through various treatments options, ensuring the delivery of optimal and effective care.

Emma Constantinou, PA-C
NCCPA CERTIFIED

Emma is a PA-C that would love to treat you for various conditions in allergy, respiratory, immunology, eczema, and much more.

Emma has a special interest in eczema and rashes caused by contact with various products. She is excited about our expanded and more comprehensive patch testing, which now includes 80% of relevant allergens for contact dermatitis, plus an additional patch test to evaluate for cosmetic and metal allergies.

Emma received her Master of Health Science in Physician Assistant Studies (MHS-PAS) from South College and has worked with our clinic since graduating. Additionally, she has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Nutrition from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Emma is board licensed in California, NCCPA certified, and a member of both the California Academy of PAs and American Academy of PAs.
